Tule jälleen mittaamaan maksimikestävyyttäsi ja juoksemaan Cooperin testi ohjatusti Mäntyharjun yleisurheilukentällä su 17.8.! Cooperin testissä juostaan 12 minuutin ajan yleisurheilukenttää ympäri niin pitkälle kuin mahdollista.

Tapahtumaan ei ole ennakkoilmoittautumista, vaan riittää, kun ilmoittaudut saapuessasi. Juoksun jälkeen tarjolla pienet palauttavat tarjoilut.

Osallistumismaksu 3 €/hlö, MäVin jäsenille maksuton. Maksun voi suorittaa kortilla, Mobilepaylla, Epassilla, Edenredillä ja Smartumilla.

Come again to measure your maximum endurance and run the Cooper test under supervision at the Mäntyharju athletics track on Sunday 17 August! In the Cooper test, you run around the athletics track as far as possible for 12 minutes.
