Kesäkuun Cooper-tempaus / June Cooper Rapture

Tule mittaamaan maksimikestävyyttäsi ja juoksemaan Cooperin testi valvotusti Mäntyharjun yleisurheiluradalla sunnuntaina 15. kesäkuuta! Cooperin testissä juokset yleisurheiluradan ympäri niin pitkälle kuin pystyt 12 minuutin ajan.

Tapahtumaan ei ole ennakkoilmoittautumista, ilmoittaudu vain saapuessasi. Juoksun jälkeen on tarjolla virvokkeita.

Osallistumismaksu 3 €/hlö, ilmainen MäVi-jäsenille. Maksun voi suorittaa kortilla, Mobilepaylla, Epassilla, Edenredillä ja Smartumilla.

Kesän toinen Cooper-tapahtuma järjestetään sunnuntaina 13. heinäkuuta 2025.

Come measure your maximum endurance and run the Cooper test under supervision at the Mäntyharju athletics track on Sunday 15 June! In the Cooper test, you run around the athletics track as far as possible for 12 minutes.

There is no pre-registration for the event, just sign up when you arrive. Refreshments will be served after the run.

Participation fee €3/person, free for MäVi members. Payment can be made by card, Mobilepay, Epass, Edenred and Smartum.

The second Cooper event of the summer will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
